Residential / Commercial Aluminum Flag poles with Internal Winch Assembly.

Internal halyard flagpoles provide the best solution to the problem of vandalism.  The heart of this system is a custom stainless steel gearless winch which is mounted on a patented rotating platform for ease of maintenance and elimination of the winch handle hole in the side of the shaft.  The winch is accessible only through the keyed, cast aluminum door with a handle access hole. The truck assembly rotates on heavy duty sealed bearings.  The cable assemblies are constructed of stainless steel components.  FLAGPOLE INSTALLATION GUIDE

Compression molded, fiberglass reinforced polyester composite.  Color impregnated bronze composite which will not flake or peel when scratched.

ROCK GUARD:

Compression molded composite rock guard.  Directional configuration of guard controls glare.

LENS RING:

Compression molded composite ring.

WIRING:

Unit furnished with potting compound and moisture absorbing pak for moisture free installation. 

LENS & GASKET

Clear tempered lens furnished with a high temperature silicone gasket for a watertight seal.  Provided with silicone gasket grease.

AIMING:

15 degree angle either side of vertical rotation.  360 degree inside of housing.
