Internal halyard flagpoles provide the best solution to the problem of vandalism. The heart of this system is a custom stainless steel gearless winch which is mounted on a patented rotating platform for ease of maintenance and elimination of the winch handle hole in the side of the shaft. The winch is accessible only through the keyed, cast aluminum door with a handle access hole. The truck assembly rotates on heavy duty sealed bearings. The cable assemblies are constructed of stainless steel components.
NOTE: 25' NOMINAL HEIGHT SINGLE PIECE FLAGPOLE SHAFTS ARE MANUFACTURED TO FIT PUP TRAILERS.
With this in mind, 25' flagpoles have been manufactured in single piece with an overall length of 26'6" that will set into a 2'6" ground sleeve. When put into shipping tubes, the single piece shaft assembly can be shipped in a pup trailer at a significant freight savings. When the truck assembly and finial are attached the nominal height of the completed flagpole is 25'.
